A message from the Minister

Hon. Natalie Suleyman
Minister for Trade, Tourism & Investment

On behalf of the Victorian Government, welcome to the Australian Fashion Festival’s Bendigo and Shepparton Fashion Series.

This new chapter brings the nation’s premier fashion festival to the vibrant heart of regional Victoria. Australian fashion and creativity are in the spotlight, showcased through designer talks, exhibitions, workshops and cultural celebrations across both the Bendigo and Shepparton Fashion Series.

The festival is a celebration of style, drawing new visitors to our beautiful regions and putting Bendigo and Shepparton on the map for fashion lovers. It’s a powerful boost for our local economy, supporting talented designers, artists and creative businesses while filling local hotels, restaurants and family businesses. For the first time, we’re giving regional communities a front-row seat to the best fashion talent in the country.

The Victorian Government is proud to back this event through our Regional Events Fund, which has supported more than 550 regional events since 2016, bringing visitors, energy and economic benefit to communities across the state.

While you’re here, explore our regions’ renowned food and wine, breathtaking landscapes, and rich gold rush heritage.

Enjoy the festival and have a memorable stay.

Hon. Natalie Suleyman
Minister for Trade, Tourism & Investment
