PLASTICS REIMAGINED: FROM WASTE TO WEARABLE (8-12 YEAR OLDS)
SUNDAY 13 SEPTEMBER
10:00AM - 12:00PM
WORKSHOP
Give plastic a second life! Join artist Cesar from Aoracreo and discover how to upcycle ordinary plastic bags into something stylish and useful. Using only an iron and baking paper, you’ll transform plastic into a durable material and craft your own small bag or pouch.
This 2-hour creative and eco-friendly workshop shows how waste can be reimagined into beautiful, practical design – helping reduce landfill and pollution while unlocking your creativity.
Bendigo Art Gallery’s Emerging Art Leaders workshops are supported by the Victorian Department of Education through the Victorian Challenge and Enrichment Series (VCES).
