Join fashion historian Tom McEvoy for a tour of the Loel Thomson Costume Collection. Loel Thomson collected over 10,000 unique pieces of every day Australian fashion over 40 years from Federation to the present day.
Each item explores fashion and social history through evolving styles and manufacturing techniques spanning more than 200 years. Tom McEvoy will take you through stories of the collection from his own unique point of view as a collector, anthropologist and historian of Australian fashion himself.
